A nutrient dense meal plan high in protein and vegetables. The plan includes super foods such as quinoa, Chia seed, and pink Himalayan salt. Also vegetables high fiber and antioxidants to help shred the fat and build lean muscle. Meals contain between 300-400 calories. Our most significant weight loss transformation is 70 lbs and counting.
